1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after you receive the goods.
Items must be unused, undamaged, in original factory packaging, with all accessories and labels intact.
Custom‑made, personalized or special‑order products are not eligible for return.

2. How to Apply for Return
Please submit your return request via the Contact Us page, provide your order number and reason for return.
We will reply and give you return instructions within reasonable time.
Do not send back goods without prior confirmation from our support team.

3. Return Shipping Cost
– If return is caused by our quality defect or wrong item: we bear return shipping cost.
– If you return for personal reasons (change of mind, do‑not‑want): you are responsible for return shipping fees. Original shipping cost is non‑refundable.

4. Inspection & Refund
After we receive and inspect returned items, we will process your refund.
Refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for banks to complete processing.

5. Damaged upon Arrival
If you receive damaged or defective goods, please take clear photos and contact us promptly within 7 days upon receipt. We will arrange replacement or refund according to situation.

6. Exclusions
Normal wear‑and‑tear, damage caused by improper operation, man‑made damage are not covered for free return or warranty.
